With staff training coming just around the corner (May 29th) I find myself praying for the summer and for the gifts Carolina Cross Connection will hopefully be receiving. With the economy like it is, it has been hard trying to find people to donate money towards my needed $1,363.00 for staff partnerships. Each staff member is responsible for raising a portion of money to help cover expenses for the summer. This money raised helps to keep the campers fees down and gives money to buy much need materials for the projects.
I ask that each of you pray for all of us on staff that we can reach our staff partnerships by May 31. I also ask that you continue to pray for the Summer of 2009 and that God will make this the best summer for CCC yet.
